FREE Delivery on all orders worth over £50.00

Delivery Charge £5.95 for all mainland UK deliveries under £50.00. For purchases outside of the UK, please contact us by email to discuss your purchase and location for a total cost quotation.
Deliveries will be carried out using national couriers, either TNT or UPS. Delivery times are weekdays between 0900 and 1800.

Saturday delivery is available but is subject to a surcharge.

Apart from orders for our Italian and German products the delivery time frame is usually between 3 and 7 working days.

We will make every effort to deliver within the time and day stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late or non delivery on the stated day.

Shipping is considered to be satisfactorily accomplished when the product is signed for at the required delivery address. In the event of a delivery failure due to absence of the purchaser, a notification will be made, to arrange for re-delivery or collection by the purchaser, according to the circumstances.

Our given lead times are as accurate as possible at the time of ordering. If there are any major delays you will always be informed. If the lights are not in stock (due to the sheer number of colours and models we feature on the site), please allow 7-10 working days for delivery — and any customers with a delayed order will be notified of the potential delay whilst we source your light from the manufacturer. Some of our imported lighting has delivery time frames of between two to three weeks. Please call to enquire (0800 043 6342).

It is essential that the delivery address is clearly and correctly given. Delivery to an incorrect address given by the customer, will discharge any and every responsibility of the Kitchen Lighting Centre.

Breakages:

When goods are delivered, they must be examined immediately for breakages; and any signs of damage to the packaging. Please contact us within 7 days to discuss any damage that has occurred during transit.

Shipping Surcharges to the Northern Ireland,and islands:

Delivery charges may increase for items being sent outside of mainland Britain (Northern Ireland, Channel Islands etc).

Returns Policy

If an item does not meet with your total satisfaction for any reason, you are welcome to return it, after informing the Kitchen Lighting Centre that this is your intention.

Customers are responsible for the arrangements and cost of returning an item to the Kitchen Lighting Centre. However we do not apply any re-stocking charges. If an item is returned complete with the manufacturer’s instructions and packaging (having not been previously installed in any way) then we would process a full refund.

You do need to notify us of your intent to return your purchase within 21 days of taking delivery. Please contact us in order to obtain the returns address as this is not always our main office address.

We are unable to offer refunds on bespoke commissions, as they are by their nature custom made individual items. This also includes special orders and off-catalogue items.

Consent from the Kitchen Lighting Centre must be obtained before cancellation of any order can be processed. Notification by email is sufficient. Under no circumstances should goods be returned without first notifying the Company.

The returned goods should be carefully packed in their original packaging, to minimize the risk of damage in transit. Additional outer packaging must also be used.
